2. Copyright, warranties and indemnity
You are responsible for all content you contribute to ilareporter.org.au (the site), including text, photos, videos, audio and links.
By contributing an article, contributors warrant that:
(i) all prior permissions have been obtained where that is necessary to publish the information (for example, from current or former employers); and
(ii) no confidential, privileged or otherwise protected information has been disclosed through publication.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the International Law Association (Australia Branch) (ILA), its members and the editors of the site against any and all claims or actions arising out of a breach or alleged breach of the foregoing warranties.
The editors reserve the right to immediately and without prior notice to contributors remove an article for non-compliance with these requirements, or on other reasonable grounds (eg potentially defamatory material) as they see fit.

You confirm you own or have the right to use any copyright material included in your content.
The ILA is not responsible for:
(i) any errors or omissions, for which contributors remain exclusively responsible;
(ii) the content of articles accepted for publication, for which contributors are expressing their own personal or professional opinions which are not to be attributed to the ILA and should not necessarily be considered as expressing the ILA’s views on any issue; and
